HOURS: Full time (40 hours) and Part Time (24 hours) hours will be considered between Monday to Sunday

SALARY: £25,397 - £26,436 (depending on experience) for 40 hours per week. Grade RA1-3, plus weekend enhancements of 30%

Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trading Team. We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Operation Assistants to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day activities relating to all operational routines in our shops, including compliance with statutory regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, trading standards, and security of the retail premises.
• Support by our Shop Managers; contribute to a hands-on role that requires commitment to high standards and volunteer support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a customer service environment and a flexible, enthusiastic approach. Previous retail experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Additional details

• This role is offered on a full time (40 hours per week) or part time basis (24 hours per week) across Monday - Sunday. The base location is Crawley, but there may be a requirement to travel across the 14 shop locations throughout Surrey and Sussex; therefore a Full UK Driving Licence or the ability to access public transport to travel across our trading locations is required.
