A leading training provider is seeking a Trainer Assessor for Residential Childcare in Peterborough. This hybrid role involves delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to apprentices and learners, ensuring they meet their learning goals. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 qualification in the relevant subject, a Level 3 assessing qualification, and experience in residential childcare. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean driving licence and access to vehicle for travel.
• Current and continuing involvement in residential childcare/education and training sector.
• Significant experience as a Residential Childcare practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment for learners.
• Develop individual training plans in collaboration with employers.
• Ensure comprehensive induction programme for learners and employers.
• Provide pastoral support to learners on safeguarding and diversity.
