Oliver James are proud to be partnering with the UK's number 1 provider for Group Protection, in hiring a Reporting Manager into their Actuarial function. You must be a qualified actuary to apply and have the right to work in the UK. The role is based in their UK Head Office in Dorking.

  • You'll lead on actuarial reporting - owning key outputs like Solvency II results, balance sheets, P&L and regulatory submissions.
  • You will be a key point of contact for Stakeholders - turning complex actuarial and financial data into clear, meaningful insights.
  • A big part of the role is communication - explaining technical concepts confidently to both actuarial and non-actuarial audiences.
  • You'll help grow the team by coaching and mentoring trainees, contributing to a strong, supportive, high-performing culture.
  • And finally, you'll help shape the future of how the team works - driving improvements, innovation, and transformation in actuarial systems and reporting.
