Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly independent visits and write insightful Ofsted-ready reports.
• Review behaviour management strategies in place.
• Examine records of restraint and missing person incidents.
• Conduct private interviews with children, young people, and staff.
• Produce a written report after the visit.
