A respected and well-established nursing home in Watton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will work as part of a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to residents. You'll use your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to ensure care is person-centred, safe, and promotes independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering direct nursing care and clinical support to residents
  • Working closely with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
  • Administering medication safely and effectively
  • Supporting residents' wellbeing and promoting a positive living environment
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with best practice and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
  • Previous experience in a care home or similar nursing setting is desirable
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
  • A caring, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care
  • Commitment to professional development and high standards of practice
