Children's Registered Home Manager – Preston

Location: Exceptional Care Ltd, The Malthouse Business Centre, 48 Southport Road

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: Up to £70,000.00 yearly (Total reward package)

Welcome Bonus: £5,000 on completion of probation & Ofsted registration acceptance

Occupancy Bonus: Paid monthly, up to £5,000 pa, based on occupancy/quality

Longevity Reward: £5,000 upon 3 years of service

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Children's Registered Home Manager to join us on our exciting journey, based at one of our Children’s Homes in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and dedicated Registered Manager to manage a home in a unique setting during a period of real company growth. We’ll give you all the support you need to lead and develop your team to create a loving, stable environment, ensuring each young person achieves positive outcomes and learning experiences. There’s a great package on offer; we offer development opportunities for managers to progress to Senior Manager level.

Required Minimum Criteria
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting dealing with children with complex needs at senior level (you could be an outstanding Deputy Manager looking for progression)
  • Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
Desired Criteria
  • Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
  • Previous Ofsted rating of GOOD or Outstanding
Skills Needed
  • NVQ L3 / L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce
  • UK driving licence
