Regional Assessor

Field based with a patch that covers Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and possibly Wiltshire. Salary competitive with excellent benefits.

Mission

Reporting to the Divisional Trading Manager, this role is an exciting opportunity to maximise demand for the company’s products and services through professional relationships and assessment procedures with a client base of driveway installers and landscape contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to deliver profitable sales and achieve set commercial goals.
  • Complete the CRM at the appropriate time to maintain accurate customer interaction records.
  • Accurately report findings of site investigations regarding guarantee claims and workmanship defects.
  • Report any suspected misuse, unauthorised use of Marshalls trademarks or logos, and competitor activity.
  • Promote Marshalls products to ensure contractors use best site practice, health & safety, and drive profitable sales.
  • Encourage Register members to enter annual awards to increase mix, volume and installation standards.
