A leading events and hospitality organization based in Chester is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join its Resourcing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring campaigns. Ideal candidates possess prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and are confident collaborators. The position offers £25,000 – £27,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours weekly with some flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Based in Chester, this permanent role plays a fundamental part in delivering our mission to attract incredible talent. You’ll be a key part of creating a smooth, friendly and memorable experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Working closely with our Recruitment Advisor, you’ll get hands‑on experience across the entire recruitment journey — from coordinating interviews to supporting hiring campaigns.

£25,000 – £27,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. CRC is an event company; you will be required to work some weekends and evenings. Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu.
CRC has a flexible approach to working hours, which should be agreed with your line manager.
