Are you ready to take on a role that’s as dynamic as the network we operate? At Avanti West Coast, we’re looking for a hybrid Receptionist and Personal Assistant who’s not just organised and professional, but also agile, proactive and ready to make a real impact across our business.

About the role

This role is the face of our organisation, providing a warm and professional welcome to internal and external stakeholders while supporting our Executive Team and managing our London office. You’ll be the heartbeat of our HQ operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From executive support and travel coordination to office management and secretarial duties.

This role can be based in either Birmingham or London.

This is not your average PA role. You’ll need to be flexible, confident travelling across our network and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing
  • Provide comprehensive diary and travel management for the directors
  • Prepare documents, reports and meeting materials for the directors
  • Coordinate events, meetings and appointments both on-site and around the network
  • Maintain office systems, supplies and schedules
  • Greet clients and visitors ensuring a warm and efficient welcome
