We’re on the lookout for a Provisioning Coordinator to manage customer orders from the point of order to full delivery of the circuits and handover to billing. In this role you will ensure suppliers and partners stay informed at all stages of the order process, providing high quality updates and setting clear expectations so our wholesale partners can update the end user effectively.
You bring strong organisational skills, clear communication, and proven experience in customer-facing or order-management roles. You work effectively under pressure, manage priorities with accuracy, and uphold a professional and proactive approach. Experience with FTTP/Ethernet provisioning and relevant systems is advantageous.
