A leading property management firm in Kelso is seeking a full-time Property Manager to support residential lettings. The role involves managing property maintenance, communication with tenants and landlords, and organizing property inspections and viewings. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in residential lettings and strong organizational skills. We have a unique opportunity for a full‑time Property Manager to join our busy team in our Kelso office to support all aspects of residential lettings.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within residential lettings. You will want to grow and develop in the role, and will be expected to complete your ARLA qualification as part of the role. Full support will be provided to do this.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and be calm under pressure. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
Experience of using Microsoft technology including SharePoint would be advantageous.
You must hold a full clean driving licence.

The role is offered Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week.
