  • Providing important liaison between Tenant and Service Centre.
  • Uploading reports and condition videos in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the business and tenants with ad hoc queries.
  • Requirement to assist with being ‘On Call’ as per business needs.

The Property Manager is at the heart of our function. From turning around a void property to full investigation of faults to basic maintenance works, Maintenance Officers are on hand to support each and every one of our families. We expect good time management skills, providing effective service with methodical proactive communications.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Identifying and resolving maintenance issues and hazards.
