A leading podcast marketplace company is seeking a Sales Executive to join their UK team. This role focuses on driving programmatic sales and building relationships across the entire agency market. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of programmatic sales experience, a strong understanding of the UK agency landscape, and a proactive mindset to capitalize on growth opportunities. As part of a high-impact team, you will also drive product launches and market presence, contributing to a collaborative company culture.
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our UK Commercial team, focused on accelerating growth in programmatic audio and podcast advertising.
This is a high-impact growth role and the second hire into the programmatic sales function, working directly alongside the Programmatic Sales Director. Programmatic audio is a key growth area for the business, and this role will play a critical part in shaping how we scale — requiring a hands‑on, proactive approach and a willingness to build as we go.
You will work across the entire UK agency market, spanning all holding companies and independent agencies. As a small, high‑impact team facing the full market, visibility is critical — success in this role depends on being present, proactive, and creative in how relationships are built and maintained.
