As a production engineer, you will play a crucial role in combining custom‑designed components and precision‑engineered parts with your technical expertise to assemble, refine, and maintain our Jet Suit systems. Working closely with our engineering, events, and training teams, you'll ensure every system meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety. Responsibilities

• Build, develop and test fly Jet Suits
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise
• Document production processes and maintain records for compliance and improvement
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to transition prototype Jet Suit components into scalable production processes

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
