Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in product documentation or education within B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing tooling and systems to enhance documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear knowledge.

• Own the end-to-end product knowledge ecosystem for internal and external audiences.
• Design and implement tooling and workflows for high-quality documentation.
• Build and maintain clear information architecture across documentation.
