This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll influence architecture, mentor others, and drive innovation across the board.

Essential Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong background in .NET and C#.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP considered).
• Hands‑on expertise in serverless architectures (Lambda or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
