Coloplast is seeking a Part-Time Pricing Analyst to support our Pricing Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our pricing operations. As Pricing Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Pricing Specialist to support the delivery of pricing strategies and ensure smooth operations across systems and processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining ERP and Salesforce pricing systems, auditing base prices and discounts, and supporting the Drug Tariff price increase process. You’ll deliver analysis of costs, provide pricing quotations, and assist with compliance audits to resolve non-conformance issues. The role also involves investigating queries around supplier variances, customer order prices, and credit requests, as well as supporting annual group reporting audits. You’ll play a key role in new product set-up across pricing systems and contribute to credit control procedures through reporting and issuing credits and debits.
We’re seeking someone organised, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in a similar role is desirable, along with advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as E1. Knowledge of Salesforce and pricing processes will be an advantage. Above all, we’re looking for a self-motivated team player who can balance precision with commercial awareness and is available to work every Tuesday as part of this part-time role.
