A leading global manufacturer is looking for a Plant Manager for their Telford site. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the plant. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, promoting safety and accountability, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of operational leadership experience in the plastics or chemical industry. This role is crucial for fostering positive relationships within the local community and ensuring compliance with standards.

As Plant Manager, you will report to the Manufacturing Director EMEA. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and development of the Ampacet UK manufacturing site. This role ensures that all production, quality, maintenance, and logistics operations meet business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
