Job summary

A growing residential developer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Planner to support planning applications and coordinate consultant teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning, 2-4 years' experience in relevant environments, and strong UK planning knowledge. Responsibilities include site appraisals, monitoring applications, and community consultations. This role requires proactive communication and a full UK driving licence.   • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.

A fantastic opportunity for a Planner to join a growing residential developer delivering new homes across the East Midlands. You’ll be involved across the full planning lifecycle, from site appraisal through to delivery and appeals.

Key Responsibilities
