An MGA in the City, who are part of a broking group, with solid financial and capacity backing, is seeking a PI Underwriter. Reporting to a highly experienced Underwriting Manager, the Underwriter will be a key player in their growth journey. The role will entail:

Responsibilities

• Underwriting new and renewal PI business (as well as some Management Liability), both UK and international
• Liaising with existing Brokers and nurturing those relationships, with a close eye on retention of the renewal book
• Developing and fostering new Broker relationships
• Input and development ideas for new business
• Maintaining an understanding of current market trends
• Staying abreast of changes to international licensing as per Lloyd\'s Crystal and other tools

This role would be ideally suited to a UK PI Underwriter, with regional broker connections, looking to gain exposure to more London Market and international business. Some experience of international business as well as D&O would be valuable.
