A healthcare organization in Hanley is looking for a part-time receptionist to manage inquiries and provide administrative support. The role requires strong communication and IT skills, along with previous administrative experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a team and handle various tasks efficiently. This permanent position offers a salary of £24,465 per annum pro-rata and excellent benefits including NHS Pension scheme.
The post holder will contribute towards a confidential and efficient reception and administration service communicating with clients and visitors to the site in person, as well as over the telephone. The post holder will be expected to follow instructions, prioritise their work and demonstrate initiative in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. The role of the receptionist provides an invaluable service to our premise supporting all clinical and non-clinical teams to include taking messages, booking appointments, meet and greet service and ensuring a safe working environment. Peripatetic North area to cover reception services as required to meet service delivery/support clinical teams, service users and stakeholders.
