Job Duties of the Payroll Project Implementation - Senior Analyst include:

• Lead global payroll implementation projects for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company standards.
• Gather client requirements, define processes, manage timelines, and oversee system configuration, testing, and training.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
• Coordinate with UK teams, shared service centres, and in-country providers to deliver successful implementations.
• Drive strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring a smooth handover to the payroll operations team after implementation.

What you need to be the Successful Payroll Project Implementation - Senior Analyst:

• 5+ years payroll experience, including complex implementations
• Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in multicultural teams
• Experience with project environments and documentation (RAID, RACI)
• Knowledge of international payroll, social security, and tax is desirable
• CIPP qualification or equivalent desirable
• Additional language skills an advantage desirable
