We welcome applications from excellent PastoralSupport Managerswho have experience in supporting children in a secondary school environment. We are looking for committed, team players with the energy and drive to make a real difference. Experience in Safeguarding, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Resilience training would be an advantage. The ideal candidate would have experience of referring to, and working alongside outside agencies in order to support children and their families.
As a member of our faculty team, you will play a key role in establishing our expectations and ethos, alongside our Senior Pastoral Leader. We are dedicated to continuous professional development in all areas, and will ensure that you receive high quality and effective training in order to support you in your role.
A good level of written and verbal communication is essential and will be assessed at interview.
