A leading risk management solutions provider in the UK seeks an Operations Manager for their Housing division. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure the delivery of electrical compliance services. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. The position offers a salary between £28,000 to £32,000, an up to £10,000 annual bonus, and various employee benefits, including flexible working arrangements and health support.
