Responsibilities

  • Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Processing orders allocated to the depot via the Energy Solutions Desk.
  • Managing assets within the depot according to stock taking procedures.
  • Liaising with customer and depot employees for seamless operations.
  • Managing customer queries in a timely manner.

Job description

Working Hours- Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 - 40 hours per week

On a day-to-day basis:

  • Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customer’s requirements
  • Processing orders allocated to the depot via the Energy Solutions Desk
  • Close down all Service Work Orders once seen by Service Coordinator / Service Manager
  • Actively manage assets within the depot according to all stock taking and handling procedures
  • Liaising, where required, with other depot employees, customers, depots, workshops and sales teams
  • Proactively manage customer queries to a conclusion, in a timely manner, giving full and accurate information
  • Conducting additional ad hoc depot duties including stock takes as required
