Our is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to help keep our team running smoothly and ensure every customer and sales rep has a great experience from the first phone call to the final handshake.


What You’ll Do


  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a smile!

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our sales team

  • Keep the office organized and efficient

  • Accurately input and manage data in our CRM system

  • Assist with planning company events and team activities

  • Support management and staff with various day-to-day office tasks

  • Experience incustomer service or office administration is a plus!
