Overview

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our brand new team for our store opening in Strabane!

This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities

• As a Floor Supervisor in our new store, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
• You will also:
• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
