Neurodiversity Coach

East Midlands with daily travel within the region

Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Are you a professional Neurodiversity coach, able to offer coaching and training approaches? 3SC is a social business with expertise in building and managing public service contracts, part of Twin Group.

As a Neurodiversity Coach, you work with people marginalised by society, and you will support them in fulfilling their goals. You will primarily be working face‑to‑face across the East Midlands, where you will be providing in‑person screening and coaching to neurodiverse offenders and providing training and support to IOM staff with their neurodiverse participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • One-to-one support and coaching.
  • Delivering to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures.
  • Using motivational and action planning techniques to manage the progression of customers.
  • Assessing strengths and weaknesses in a participant's performance and identifying areas for further development.
  • Adapting to the needs and interests of group or individual participants.
  • Inspiring confidence and self‑belief.
  • Measuring and reporting customer outcomes using methodologies, including distance travelled tools.
Qualifications
  • Level 5 qualification in Coaching, or Teaching qualifications or significant coaching experience. Applications are welcome from candidates who do not have the above but are ready to work towards obtaining the appropriate qualifications.
Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of two prior years of experience in coaching, managing, or working with disadvantaged groups such as people with neurodiversity and mental/physical health issues, prison leavers and those seeking employment.
  • Knowledge of motivational techniques and practices used to support vulnerable groups.
