Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of the company’s procedures and methods of working.
  • Experience working in the NHS environment.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with NHS and ELIS stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relations.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for OPD process performance.
  • Ensure adequate site staffing and supervision of unit staff.
  • Verify supplier staff competence and manage duties.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Administer health and safety procedures.
  • Produce risk assessments and monitor performance.
  • Compile and report contract KPIs.
  • Coordinate with facilities for service reviews.
  • Manage auditing processes and escalations.
  • Provide management presence across all sites.
  • Supervise staff performance and conduct appraisals.
  • Lead induction training for new staff.
  • Check linen supply quantities and coordinate servicing.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and regulations.
