  • Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out maintenance procedures and root cause analysis on a variety of diffusion wafer processing equipment, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues
  • Spare Stock Control: Manage spare parts efficiently, ensuring stock levels are maintained and materials are readily available when needed
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety directives while carrying out all maintenance and repair work
  • KPI Improvement: Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost-effective maintenance programs that improve equipment performance and drive KPIs forward
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal team members and external specialists to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to build your skillset in Equipment Engineering and Maintenance in the fast-paced, high-tech industry. You will receive both formal and informal training while progressing in seniority within the technical and managerial career ladders.

What You Will Need
  • Ability to work a rotating shift pattern, inclusive of nights and days, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (B-D)
  • Completed a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship and educated to a minimum of C&G/ONC standard, or have worked at this level in a similar industry
  • Hard skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, vacuum, pneumatic, or actuation
  • Soft skills of adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office
  • A track record of meeting deadlines and managing your own workload
  • Desire to learn and progress (with full training provided)
