• Must have no criminal record related to safety and welfare.
• Experience managing a grounds & maintenance team across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance and Grounds sub department.
• Delegate works and responsibilities to Supervisors and Operatives.
• Ensure homes and buildings are refurbished to a high standard.
