Job summary

A motorcycle dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its Shotton location. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated sales team, manage finance products, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers uncapped on-target earnings up to £45,000 per annum based on performance and a full benefits package, including training and a pension scheme. Strong background in sales management preferred. Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence and local commuting capability.

Qualifications

New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager – Chester Road Motorcycles

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Shotton dealership. The role reports to the Dealer Principal and leads a close‑knit sales team, finance, and warranty products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the sales team to reach and exceed dealership targets.
  • Manage finance, finance‑related products, and automotive warranties.
  • Resolve any queries from the sales team regarding warranties, service arrangements, and motorcycle features.
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department where appropriate and provide additional support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales management (preferred).
  • Positive, energetic, and committed to seeking every sales opportunity.
  • UK driving licence with minimal points.
  • Ability to live locally or commute easily to Shotton.

Benefits:

  • Starting basic salary pending experience.
  • Uncapped on‑target earnings up to £45,000 per annum, subject to sales performance.
  • 22 days annual holidays allowance plus bank holidays (extra days off in lieu if bank holidays are worked).

  • In‑person work location at Shotton.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm. Working one weekend off in three with a set day off in the week.
