About SynergiSpace

At SynergiSpace Ltd we specialise in designing both workplace environments and laboratory spaces, bringing creativity and precision to each project. We believe in crafting places where innovation and collaboration flourish. Whether it’s an office for a growing company or a bespoke lab for a technical facility, we design spaces that are functional, flexible and future-proof.

Sustainability is built into our approach. We strive to design for long-term adaptability, to specify materials responsibly, and to create environments that support both people and the planet. As we continue to grow, we’re committed to working smart, working thoughtfully and delivering design that matters.

About the Role

SynergiSpace Ltd is looking for a Mid-weight or Senior Interior Designer who is confident working with CAD and Revit, and who enjoys being involved in the complete design journey from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a studio that is steadily growing and values thoughtful design, open communication, and collaborative problem‑solving.

You will be involved in every stage of project development. This includes early concept generation, sketching, space planning, and the production of detailed technical drawings. You will help prepare construction information using AutoCAD and Revit, and you will contribute to the selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

You will also work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Your work will influence how people experience and move through workplace environments, and your input will help shape spaces that are practical, engaging and visually well‑considered.

We are looking for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with technical accuracy and who takes pride in producing clear, coordinated work. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives when working across all stages of a project and who values a positive, respectful and professional studio culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept designs, mood boards, sketches and spatial layouts
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings using CAD (Revit proficiency is a significant advantage)
  • Prepare construction information and support project documentation
  • Source, evaluate and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Present ideas to clients and contribute confidently to project meetings
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to support project progress
  • Attend site visits, collect information and observe how designs are constructed and installed
  • Participate in internal design reviews and offer thoughtful, practical input
  • Support the team in managing deadlines and achieving project milestones
What We Are Looking For
  • Between 3 and 7+ years of experience in interior design or architecture
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce clear and coordinated drawings
  • Good working knowledge of Revit
  • Experience with basic 3D visualisation tools such as SketchUp
  • Experience in workplace design; laboratory or technical design experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A solid understanding of the design process from concept to completion
  • Confidence in specifying FF&E and preparing associated schedules
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with Building Control requirements
  • Someone who enjoys thoughtful design, problem‑solving and contributing to a positive team culture
What We Offer
  • A friendly and welcoming studio where every team member is encouraged to share ideas
  • Opportunities to contribute to a wide range of projects and influence how they develop
  • The chance to see work progress from early sketches to fully completed spaces
  • A working environment that supports professional development, learning and growth
  • A collaborative approach to design where creativity and practicality are valued equally
  • A studio culture that respects work–life balance and encourages open communication
Why Join Us?
  • A vibrant, supportive studio where your ideas genuinely matter
  • A real say in the projects you work on and how the team evolves
  • The opportunity to work across the full design process from start to finish
  • Strong potential for career progression as the organisation grows
  • A relaxed, creative environment with a close‑knit team spirit
