Host – Everlast Gyms

Everlast Gyms is looking for a Host to be the first friendly face members see when they walk through the door. This is a member‑facing sales and service role where you’ll play a key part in driving memberships, supporting retention, and ensuring every visitor feels welcome.

Key duties include:

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in‑club.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses and engaging to promote participation.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Handling member feedback and complaints professionally and escalating when needed.
• Actively experiencing the products and services on offer to confidently recommend them to members.
