An organization promoting sports is seeking a Membership, Data & Insight Manager to enhance member services in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for data with customer service skills to support decisions that drive growth. Responsibilities include data analysis, member interaction, and contributing to the overall mission of increasing participation in netball. Netball Scotland is aiming to make netball the #1 team sport for women and girls in Scotland and to improve the world ranking of our national team to #6 in the world by 2031.
Your role will support the organisation in achieving our mission by ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness and delivery of high-quality membership services.
We are looking for a Membership, Data & Insight Manager to join Netball Scotland and help us continue to deliver high-quality membership services while gathering and interpreting data from across the business to support the growth of our sport. Netball Scotland has seen record membership numbers over the last twelve months and we need a skilled data manager with excellent interpersonal skills to be the main point of contact for our diverse members while working with the wider team to support growth and continuous improvement through data-led decisions. .
You will be passionate about data and equally passionate about great customer service.
You can demonstrate experience in gathering, collating, reporting, analysing and interpreting data from a range of sources, providing clear insight to support decision-making.
You are committed to delivering great customer service and excellent interpersonal skills, working as part of a team.
Emirates Arena, Glasgow with hybrid working.
