Qualifications

  • Admin experience including filing and data input.
  • Experience of working with Patient Administration Systems.
  • Previous NHS or records experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patients' casenotes are available at the point of care.
  • Pull and file medical records.
  • Prepare and deliver casenotes for outpatient clinics.
