Salary: £21.40/hour

The Mechanical Day Technician is essential for ensuring the reliable performance of all machinery in the manufacturing plant. This role supports machinery on Production and VAP.

What you’ll do:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, daily inspections, and preventative work onsite.
  • Record logs of all maintenance activities, ensuring records are accurate and current.
  • Partner with Production and Quality teams to optimize plant parameters.
  • Support the team with additional maintenance tasks.
What you’ll bring:
  • NVQ level 3 in maintenance engineering, a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or relevant industries is preferred.
  • A flexible team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.
