Overview

Mechanical Project Manager role at Dreamchaser PMU Horse Rescue & Rehabilitation Inc. is a senior project delivery position focused on mechanical installations within commercial and industrial schemes. The role involves managing mechanical installations for new build industrial projects, offices, data centres and other related environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of mechanical installations on projects typically up to £20M+ (with consideration for related backgrounds).
  • Coordinate with main contractors and other specialist mechanical engineers to deliver installation packages.
  • Plan, organise and supervise site-based teams (Site Managers, Supervisors, mechanical installation engineers) in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager.
  • Interface with clients and maintain professional standards in meetings and project reviews.
  • Ensure project governance, quality, safety, and programme requirements are met across mechanical services.
  • Support business growth by effectively delivering schemes for warehousing & distribution, manufacturing environments, offices, and data centres.
  • Contribute to ongoing career development and provide leadership within the project team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong background in M&E / Building Services with hands-on project management experience in delivering mechanical installations and services typical of commercial and industrial schemes.
  • Experience dealing with main contractors is preferred.
  • Based in or commutable to the Bristol / Avon area of the UK.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects of the described scale and complexity with a commercially minded approach.
  • Evidence of relevant experience in the CV and ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
