What You'll Do

Collaborate with experienced engineers and clients to design smart, efficient, and sustainable building systems. Create detailed designs, from calculations and specifications to reports and risk assessments with guidance and mentoring from senior colleagues. Use the latest design software to bring your ideas to life and analyse how systems perform in the real world. Take ownership of small to medium projects, developing your technical, project management, and client-facing skills. Deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and pushes design boundaries. Pass on your knowledge to junior engineers.

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or a related field).
  • Experience in mechanical building services design across sectors like commercial, MoJ, residential, healthcare, or education.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES/TAS (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • A genuine passion for engineering innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.
  • Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
