Company Marketing Manager

Are you a driven marketing leader ready to make a big impact? We’re looking for a Company Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping and executing our multi-channel marketing strategy – across both consumer and commercial gym equipment sectors – for one of the UK’s leading fitness equipment retailers.

About Us

We’re a UK omni‑channel home and commercial fitness equipment retailer, with a national footprint that includes 11 consumer showrooms across the UK, and a dedicated B2B commercial focused showroom at our Northampton Head Office – your future base. As the exclusive UK distributor for several globally recognised fitness brands, we also proudly develop a successful portfolio of OEM “in‑house” products & brands, designed with performance, value for money and innovation in mind.

The Role

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, this high‑impact “hands on” position plays a central role in driving growth across all sales channels – from bricks and mortar to B2B and online. You’ll collaborate closely with the Retail Operations Manager, Digital Manager, Commercial Sales Development Manager, and Product Development Manager to build out cohesive, effective campaigns and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retail Marketing: Lead in‑store marketing, POS strategy, and printed/digital brochure production across our nationwide showroom network.
  • Brand & Product Launches: Develop launch plans and coordinate product photography and promotional campaigns for OEM and distributed brands.
  • B2B Campaigns: Create tailored campaigns for commercial customers including corporate wellness, hospitality, and public‑sector gyms.
  • Social & Digital Support: Work closely with the Digital Manager to expand our social media presence and assist in driving online campaign performance for all sales channels.
  • Advertising: Manage all traditional "off the page" advertising including print ads and physical promotions.
  • Exhibitions, “Pop Up” Events: Project manage consumer, trade exhibitions and “pop up” events to ensure brand excellence and maximise lead generation.

You’re a creative thinker with solid commercial acumen. You’re as confident managing creative production as you are building strategic campaigns. You thrive in a collaborative environment, but you’re also capable of owning and delivering standalone marketing initiatives with precision and to tight deadlines.
