Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• ERP experience (Business Central desirable).
• Previous exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
• Maintain user accounts, manage hardware, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support systems including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Active Directory.
• Contribute to IT projects, automation support, and cybersecurity compliance.
