We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help optimize our processes, ensure top-tier product quality, and drive efficiency across our production lines.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize Manufacturing Processes – Develop and implement cost-effective, high-efficiency production methods.
  • Enhance Product Quality – Monitor, test, and refine manufacturing processes to maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Equipment Oversight – Ensure machinery is properly maintained, repaired, and optimized for smooth operations.
  • Data-Driven Improvements – Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and boost performance.
  • Lead Projects – Manage continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, process efficiency, and product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing processes with company objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Train & Mentor – Support and guide production staff on new processes and best practices.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software and relevant computer programs
  • Experience with injection moulding processes/equipment
  • Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, and ERP systems
  • A passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation
