Job description
Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Maintenance/Service Engineer North.

The Maintenance/Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintenance and repair of machines, and performing field service operations. Effective communication with clients and team members is also a key part of this role.

The role is based in or around the North East, North West of England and is a full-time permanent position. The role involves servicing and repairing our premium quality range of floor cleaning and steam machines. Knowledge of cleaning machines, the industry and a technical/mechanical aptitude is preferred, though training could be given. The role may also involve training and installation of our range of high-performance cleaning machines to end-user clients.

As this is a customer-facing role, an outgoing and friendly personality will be an asset. A company van, phone and tablet will be supplied. The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and complete tasks to a high standard.
