Job summary

A trusted property consultancy is seeking a Loan Security Valuation Surveyor to prepare valuations for various properties, conduct inspections, and compile reports. This full-time role offers flexible working hours and requires a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification valuation experience. Strong communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of RICS standards are essential. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver quality service. A full UK driving license and proficiency in Excel are also required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Conduct site inspections and compile valuation reports.
• Perform market research and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service.

Skills

Min 2 years’ post qualification valuation experience as either MRICS or FRICS

RICS Registered Valuer

Knowledge of RICS standards and regulatory compliance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills

Attention to detail

Full UK driving licence

Excellent working knowledge of Excel

Working knowledge of Word

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience of Edozo Valuation Platform
