Job description
As a Lead Stores Operative, you are responsible for the direction and supervision of the day-to-day activities within your team, prioritising tasks to stores operatives across areas including loading bay, goods in/out, Lift area, and ensuring the constant supply of raw materials and packaging to production areas to enable completion of weekly production and bulk plans. Assist to ensure the company RFT and Health and Safety and Environment targets are met. Reporting directly to the Stores Manager and a**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Ability to monitor processes, and inspect materials, structures, and equipment as required.Open to training which will support in the growth of the role and responsibilities.**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED** Mentoring skills Preferably previous production / manufacturing or warehouse experience Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce systems Effective communication skills Basic PC Skills Motivated and Enthusiastic Team Player Willingness to learn and develop as the role evolves. **BENEFITS PACKAGE** We are relentlessly pursuing our purpose to go beyond clean to take care of what is precious.
