We’re looking for a motivated Production Technician to operate cutting‑edge equipment for conventional semen processing and cell sorting in a clean, controlled environment. You Will
  • Operate production instruments and automated systems for semen processing and cell sorting.
  • Prepare equipment and materials for production runs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues alongside your team.
  • Maintain accurate production records and verify documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
  • Work flexibly across multiple production areas to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • GCSE-level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in a laboratory or fast‑paced manufacturing/FMCG environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to “Right First Time” principles.
  • Basic maths skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car for daily travel.

Tackling climate change
