Dodo Pub Co is on the lookout for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to help manage kitchen operations at the Slow & Steady in Oxford. This role involves working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure high food quality and team mentorship. From the kitchen: We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.
As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You’ll be calm under pressure, a great communicator, and an inspiring leader who is committed to delivering a high standard in your kitchen.
