Permanent - 36.25hrs a week
As an IT Trainer you will be responsible for designing, documenting and delivering high‑quality IT training across the organisation, ensuring colleagues are confident and capable in using the technology required for their roles. You will work closely with IT, People & Culture and business teams to identify skills gaps, support technology change, and embed new systems and ways of working through effective training and ongoing support.
You will play a key role in supporting IT change initiatives by ensuring colleagues are well prepared for new or updated applications, processes and tools.
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and business applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical training
- Experience designing and delivering engaging training for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt training approaches to different learning styles
