A leading IT services provider in Chelmsford is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support for both hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in resolving user problems directly. Responsibilities include handling support tickets and participating in on-call activities, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

As part of broader, yet highly committed support team, you will work directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for Lab-based IT within our client's pharmaceutical facilities. You are fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, and of course, your colleagues in every aspect of your work with the client.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done.
