Individual and Corporate Circles Manager

£34,000 per annum

York Minster Fund are seeking an Individual and Corporate Circles Manager to join their team.

Working with colleagues across the Fund, the Cathedral and its precinct, you will thrive on creating exceptional quality donor engagement and stewardship. A strong relationship focussed approach with our many internal and external stakeholders is at the heart of our success and methodology and this will be integral to your way of working.

You will be positive, flexible, keen to learn, resilient, a confident communicator across different groups of people and excited about furthering your career in the magnificent setting of York Minster. You will also need an enquiring mindset with a willingness to learn about the fascinating world of philanthropy, heritage, innovation and conservation.

Although fundraising experience is welcomed, we are also happy to review applications from those with exceptional customer service, events, corporate and visitor experience backgrounds. You will need strong administrative and IT skills as part of a small team, as you will be responsible for your own administration, with the scope to secure an additional supporting role as this role develops.
